Designed by Sharon Lyon especially for Spring Creek NeedleArt, this wonderful set combines traditional quilt blocks with appliqued kitties. Each cat is engaged in a different activity and is paired with a different pieced block. Use these quilts singly, in pairs, or as a foursome. Add additional pieced blocks to the foursome to create a bed-size quilt. Finished size of each design is approximately 38" x 38". Recommended for intermediate or experienced quilters. TIP: If you plan to stitch the four Quilts and Cats designs together, alternate the four pieced blocks around the outside edge. To make a bed size quilt, add additional pieced blocks to either end and sides as needed. Measure the bed and make a drawing on paper to determine how many blocks you will need.

TIP: Most of our designs are shown with narrow borders. If you need a larger finished piece, add one or more borders to achieve the desired size. When using multiple borders, vary the width of the borders for added interest. Don't forget to increase the size of the back.
