ORDERING DIRECT
Our patterns are available for sale at wholesale prices to qualified retail establishments. Please be prepared to present your credentials including a tax exemption/resale number.
HOW TO ORDER
BY PHONE: (972) 669-3021 M-F 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central Time. Please have your order and credit card information ready.
BY MAIL: Use our printable order form. Our mailing address is printed on the form.
BY EMAIL: Existing customers may e-mail us: Click here.
TERMS
Net 30 accounts are offered to existing US customers only. NEW CUSTOMERS MUST PREPAY (credit card, check, or money order) -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Canadian customers must prepay.
MINIMUM ORDER
Twelve (12) patterns in any combination.
SHIPPING
We ship first class via the USPS usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. The shipping charge to the US and Canada is a flat rate of $4.00 for orders that are less than $75. Shipping is free for orders of $75 or more.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are located outside of the USA and Canada, please place your order with Starwood Pattern Company or Eagle Pattern Depot (see below).
